Check-in e Check-out

​

  • Check-in is possible from 3pm on the day of arrival.

  • Check-out must be carried out by 10:00 on the day of departure.

  • Any requests for early check-in or late check-out must be communicated at the time of booking. Such requests will be accommodated based on availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date will be charged the cost of one night.

  • Reservations are non-refundable for early departures or late arrivals.

Damage and Failure to Comply with the Rules

  • Compliance with vacation rental rules is required, including occupancy limits specified in the reservation.

  • Customers are responsible for damage caused to the structure or its contents during their stay.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately to the facility staff.

  • Customers will be charged for any damage caused during their stay.

  • ​Failure to comply with the vacation rental rules may result in immediate eviction without refund.

  • We welcome your pets with pleasure. Their presence must be communicated at the time of booking, specifying their breed and size. Owners are responsible for the behavior of their animals and are required to compensate for any damage caused to the property or to third parties. We expect animals to be polite and not cause a disturbance.

House Rules​

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the holiday homes.

  • Pets are not allowed, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Please respect the peace and rights of neighbors.

  • It is forbidden to organize parties or events without the prior consent of the management.

  • Please keep the house clean during your stay and dispose of waste properly.

Safety and Responsibility

  • The management assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or thefts that may occur during your stay.

  • We strongly recommend that you purchase appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events.
